Chapter 1 The Dental Office Five children have finished their dental checkups with Dr. Rabbit and Dr. Brushwell. Dr. Rabbit reminds them that plaque can cause all kinds of mischief — which reminds him of a story. Dr. Brushwell pulls out an old, dusty book and begins to read... "Once upon a time, there was a magical place called — Tooth Kingdom."

You can take control of your own oral health!

Brush Teeth and gums with Fluoride Toothpaste at least twice a day, especially after eating breakfast and before bedtime.

Visit the Dentist Regularly.

Floss Your Teeth Daily.

Limit the number of times you eat snacks each day... and remember to practice healthy eating and get plenty of calcium.
